By accessing or using Applicare.lk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Roles
- Candidate: View and apply to jobs. Upload resumes. Can switch to employer later.
- Employer: Post job listings, view candidate applications. May also act as a candidate.
3. Registration
You must register using a valid email or username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Job Applications
- Applications can include uploaded CVs or those stored in your Google Drive (with permission).
- Your basic profile information is shared with the employer you apply to.
5. Google Account Integration
You may optionally connect your Google account to:
- Send job application emails via Gmail (you approve each one).
- Save CV files in Drive for reuse. These are not shared without consent.
You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized data scraping.
- Do not post false job listings or impersonate others.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse our platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by Applicare.lk, except for user-submitted content which remains your property.
9. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee job offers, employer conduct, or that listings are always accurate. Users engage at their own discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the platform, interactions with employers/candidates, or third-party integrations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
